On Monday, February 28th Governor Newsom and the California Department of Public Health announced that they will be removing the mask mandate at schools effective 12am Saturday 3/12/22.  At that time CDPH guidance states that masks will be "strongly recommended" for all staff, students, visitors, etc. regardless of vaccination status.

The CDPH did not announce any changes to any other current health/safety protocols and the Hesperia Unified School District will continue to follow CDPH  isolation, quarantine, health screening, testing, group/contact tracing protocols to ensure safety for students, staff, and the community.

Once again, per the California Department of Public Health, masks will no longer be required for anyone while at school as of 12am Saturday 3/12/22.  For more information on this CDPH decision please Click Here for CDPH mask guidance
